Application for 4-H Club Charter

Description

To receive a charter, this application is to be completed, then signed by the president of the 4-H club, the 4-H club volunteer leader, and the Extension 4-H youth agent. If there is not a 4-H staff member in the county, the signature of the Extension county coordinator is needed. The county Extension staff will then forward the application to the Extension associate director responsible for the 4-H Youth Development program, at Box 9601, Mississippi State, MS 39762, for approval. The associate director will issue the charter.
